About Ajay
Ajay brings together two roles at Toddle: running operations and strategic initiatives, and teaching Korean.
Ajay Pakhrin is Operations and Strategic Initiatives Leader at Toddle Multipurpose Company Pvt. Ltd., Hetauda, where he supports the organisation's growth, innovation and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from Tribhuvan University, which grounds his work in planning, organisational operations and leadership.
His experience of living in South Korea gave him a close understanding of Korean society and culture, and of the relationship between Nepal and South Korea. That experience now informs his teaching as a Korean language instructor for TOPIK I and TOPIK II.
In the classroom, Ajay combines structured language instruction with cultural knowledge. Korean history, contemporary culture, music and K-dramas become learning tools, helping students understand not only the language but the context in which it is used.
